My name is Lucy Agresta and I've been teaching elementary school since shortly after the Earth's crust cooled. I've taught every grade from preschool through fifth, and have found something to love in every group! This year, our focus on American history, fables, fairy tales and folk tales will really let our imaginations soar. We'll learn about simple machines and the laws of motion, and will be continuing to explore all the great writing techniques we began in third grade.

My passion is integrating the curriculum, and helping the children see connections between and among the different subjects. I love to see them making real-world applications, incorporating the arts, and otherwise thinking "outside the box."
