 In order to receive a credit for an absence you must call or e-mail Tara McLeod by 9:00 a.m. that morning. 678-290-9628 Ext.1118 or tmcleod@kcsma.net
 All lunch menus may not be posted on the web-site at all times.
 No lunch menus will be accepted without payment nor will we accept post dated checks. Please include payment on or before deadline with menu in an envelope clearly marked with CHILD'S NAME, GRADE, and TEACHER.
 DO NOT include ice cream or chip money with lunch payments. Monies for these items must be sent daily with student. Chips $.50 Ice Cream $.50-1.00
 All lunches are ordered one month in advance. Once the order has been placed the caterer will not allow us to change quanties. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate same day orders, late menus or menus without payment. Lunch menus are sent home every 2nd Wednesday of the month. They are due back every 3rd Wednesday of the month. No lunch orders will be accepted after the 3rd Wednesday. Sorry no exceptions will be made.
